Two things....are there duty free shops on the arrival side at OR

How cheap...jewellery?

There is a DF shop just before customs on arrival. I usually use it to buy booze if I've come in on a late flight, prices are slightly cheaper than Tops.

Its duty free not profit free. Something like perfume its a waste as those Edgars's red square sale normally is a lot cheaper.
Maybe stuff like you cant get here yes then maybe.
