DVD Bonus Features

Some time ago I hired a DVD of Undercover Brother and on it were some bonus features like cartoons of the same movie, and out of interest I bought a DVD of the same title only to find that what I bought was just a DVD with just a movie + music video only. Now I'd like to know do I need to borrow and rip the same title again in order to rip the disc just for cartoons(searched the net overtime and they are rare) because I feel short changed.

Sure, go ahead. If they give you hassles, just tell them I said it was OK.

Region 1 discs always have more bonus features than region 2 discs.

Rental copies are usually different, and probably based on the region 1 disc.

Quite possibly stuff that's not licensed for distribution internationally or something.
