Thankyou

How many vids have you got on there? I have noticed when plugging a flash drive in thats got a lot of stuff on it takes a while to load. Try loading just like 2 or 3
If the vids are not showing the format might not be compitable.

As Jacodebeer said what format are these videos in?
From the manual i found this player only supports - MP3/WMA/JPEG/DivX - so if the files are Mp4 or MKV its not going to play

And you said in your OP it wont show all - so it is showing some? so ya im going with format

Got hold of LG support in Gauteng and the gut told me max 8 GB. Advise my friend with 16 GB drive to watch what they can and then delete until they see the res. thanks all for your input.

I also recall mine's max number of files it could see was 1000 (not exactly the same model, but similar), so you might want to tell him about that as well.
