DVD Recorder

Family of mine cant seem to record without watching that exact channel.

Eg. He wants to record e-tv, if he changes the channel to SABC 1, it will record SABC 1.

Anybody know how to fix this?

Assuming you have the rf input from the antenna plugged into the recorder, and the rf output from the recorder to tv, you can tune the tv to the different channels independent from the recorder. Point is, you must tune the tv to a different channel while the recorder is recording
