Hi there guys,
I'm not exactly sure if this is a hardware or software issue but when I copy over more
gigs then the "4.something" gigs of data a dvd can take my PC allows it to copy and then
just leaves what it can't add. It does this Instead of warning me that I'm trying to put too
much stuff on the DVD (which it used to do). I've changed several things in my PC since it
started happening so I'm not sure what it is:
It's a LG DVD writer (not sure if that helps) and I'm hoping there's just a setting I have to change on my PC somewhere... oh and I'm using Windows 7 32bit.
Thanks

started happening so I'm not sure what it is:
- I'm using different DVDs (I used to use EL DVD+R dvds, I'm now using EL DVD-R)
- I reformatted someones hard-drive and added Windows 7 for him. The drive had a virus so I first cleaned it by putting it in my external HDD.
- When I did that I also messed up the order of my sata ports on my motherboard so the DVD drive didn't work for a while
