DVD Writer troubles help pls

Ya, just open your pc box/casing so that you can see the name of the writer. Don't open up the writer itself. Is it not under guarantee? Can't you take it back?

I suppose it it under gaurentee but for Like R200 odd rand i can just get a new one so its fine i dont mind voiding it...K, im gonna open it now now]

Ya, rather get a decent brand. It will save you all the trouble in the long run.

Ya im planning too i just going to wait for the prices of the Blue ray drives to come down and ille get a good drive....No "no-name brand" drive
