So, it is time for the Golden Globe Awards again and I see some release groups are actively busy getting and releasing DVD Screeners. I thought to create a thread and list these screeners as they are released by the groups. Would be interesting to see what they get their hands on this year...

Actually, it is not. It is DVD quality. They do, however, have marks coming up every 15 or so minutes stating it was sent for consideration and not for retail. On some of these, the encoders sometimes get rid of the marks in total.

So your telling me after watching HD for so long, dvd doesn’t bother you?

Either that or wait another 6-12 months to watch it on the cines, or another 3-6 months over and above that to get it in HD. DVD is fine for me in these instances as they normally release well in advance here in SA.

Well, it has been released onto the scene only about an hour ago, so, should be available more readily probably in a couple of hours. I grabbed a copy already.

Well, luckilly for you, you do not have to wait too long. It releases in cines on 23 February 2018 and there you will be able to watch it in HD. I also see that there is an expected release date of February/March 2018 on iTunes.
