Hope some1 can help me with this 1. I have an MSI 865PE mobo, P4 3GHZ, 2gb ram machine, which used to have an X800XT PE card, now a X1950 pro AGP card. When I use the DVI output to my BenQ 20" widescreen LCD, I get occassional flicker while my desktop is idle, the screen will die for a sec, then come back, or have tears across the screen. Never had it during games etc, only while idle. Tried all settings in CCC for DVI, and it worx perfect with the D-Sub cable, only does it with DVI. Any suggestions?

different refresh rates maybe apply for DVI out. Set the Refresh rate to 75hz

Ok, forced the monitor up to 75hz in the CCC control panel at 1680*1050, hope I cant damage the LCD this way? Will report bac kif this fixes the issue!

Strange thing is, XP says 75Hz, Catalyst says 75Hz, monitor OSD says says 60Hz...
