DVR and NO-IP IP address

I need help, I obtained a fixed IP from No-IP and setup my DVR with the DNS IP address and host name created. When I direct my browser to the IP address or the Host name I end up at my routers login page. Where am I going wrong?

Fair enough. I assumed that he was testing whether he could reach it from outside, e.g. via his phone, etc.
