Hi there

Does anybody know whether there is an application (which will run on Win2k3 Server) that will email you the current public IP of your connection to a predefined email address every time it detects a change?

I've come to the conclusion that Win2k3 Server and the DynDNS updater applet is not exactly chommy-chommy as the exact same setup runs fine and dandy on WinXP Pro...

I've also changed the MTU to iBurps's specifications, but that doesn't help either.

Might it not be an international connectivity issue, who is your ISP?

Libs, write something in Php that checks for the IP and then mails it to you. Im sure it cant be that hard to do...
/me dredges up the rusty PHP knowledge in his brain.

or python even?

Will try that after exhausting all possibilities first... it just doesn't pay to reinvent the wheel... :D
