Dyness battery + Solar Assistant config

Cross post from powerforum - has anyone managed to get the Dyness battery to talk to Solar Assistant? I followed their instructions but not having any luck - just get an 'Unable to connect" error

Solution: Turn the battery pack off and THEN change the dip switches. Turn them on again and viola your Solar Assistant stats work
