Hi guys

So I ordered a few covers and accessories from Ebay in December.

Delivery said around 15 January 2014. Nothing received yet. No tracking number on shipping.

What do I do now?

Its from these "Hong Kong" stores.

Extremely frustrating.

Can any of you suggest a good seller? I am in desperate need of covers for my Z1. Cool covers. They have some really awesome stuff on EBay, but I ain't receiveing anything.

Forget complaining to Ebay their customer support is non-existent and their Ebay protection is a joke. I have a case that's opened since December that no one bothers to look it :mad:. My advice is if you are disputing the purchase raise the issue with Paypal instead of Ebay. Once it is disputed in Ebay, Paypal does not offer any help.

Hang in there it should arrive. Ordered quite a few times from the "Hong Kong" stores and it's generally our Post Office thats slow as hell.

Did you have a look on Amazon, they have a good range of accessories. I have ordered a couple of things from them, never waited longer than two weeks for my items to arrive.

It's really not the seller, it's our postal system. Over November/December/January, I have ordered a variety of items from mini-cameras to go-pro accessories to random paraphernalia. Some items arrive quickly (sub 2 weeks), some items take longer (up to 8 weeks), some never arrive. If the seller has a 97% rating or above, you should be fine.

What you should do - contact the seller, tell them that the item hasn't arrived. They will offer to send you another one, or refund you. Take your pick. If the seller isn't coming to the party, open a case. I've never been denied a refund.

Buyer protection works fine and if your item didn't arrive you'll get refunded. You're obviously doing something wrong. I have always had prompt resolution to my cases, usually well within the SLA provided by eBay. If you're complaining to eBay customer support about items not arriving, then I'm not sure what you're expecting from them?

Get the tracking number. (Contact seller)

I ordered something a while back, never received the item and eventually phoned the post office (the Cape HUB, all mail goes through there, well, all Cape mail). The item was stuck in customs, and they needed a proof of payment.
Nobody ever send me a notification, or asked me for it, if I didn't call, it would still be there...

So maybe try phoning your local post office and see if they can help?
