At first really annoying cause I didnt know how to get it working properly, and liquid kept going in my mouth when I sucked, but turned out I was just putting the liquid in the wrong whole(awaits sexual comment), and I was close to already just giving up and just thought of carrying on smoking cause it was easier haha.
So far after 2 days I can say it is helping with the craving, yes I am still smoking, but I am limiting myself to a cigarette every 3 hours, and inbetween I am smoking the e cigarette, and it is really helping to take away that craving although it really takes quite a few puffs on e cig to get over the craving but eventually it goes, and when its time for my cig I don't really get that much of a satisfaction feeling as I thought I would after 3 hours. In one day Im smoking about a a box and a half, and right now after 2 days Iv'e still got the same with 5 cigarettes still in them.
Yes I know people are going to say cold turkey is the only, but I've tried and some of us just don't have the ability to do it, so i'm going to try this method, and tomorrow I will make it a cigarette every 4 hours until the only the only thing I am left smoking is the e cigarette, where I will eventually lower the mg of nicotine juice till it is zero.
I tried this method before I had an e cigarette and it didn't work out, not even after one day I was already cheating and back to smoking, now it's already been 2 days so I am feeling pretty positive and committed to sticking to this as I feel weening off is my only option as cold turkey and other stuff i've tried hasn't helped me out.
Also I dunno if I am imagining it, but I feel my moods are slightlu better, I suffer from depression etc. and today I just feel good, I will keep an update, and will come back to this thread if I continue to smoke and admit that I failed.
