Ok, it has been working fine for a few months not sure what the user did to get the problem (as they never did anything).
But now when you open e@syfiling it doesn't give you the option to login (you can access all the menu's but at "logged in as" it shows blank) and has none of the employers data. I uninstalled (following all the steps) and reinstalled and still the same. Made a copy of the "EasyFile.db" deleted it started e@syfile again (so creating a new db file and login details) and then replaced it with the old file as per e@syfile loin problem help even tried doing a manual restore but that just starts and then nothing happens. I installed e@syfile on a other computer and copied the db file over and as soon as I do that the option to login disappears, so I'd say the problem is a corrupt db file?
