e@syFile install error

Hey guys. I'm trying to install e@syFile Employer 4.3.4 for our HR dept but I get the following error:

I've made sure that there arent any e@syfile services running or a previous install sitting somewhere.

Install is a on a Win 7 x86 with SP1 with admin rights to local machine.

Can anybody perhaps help me?

Try running the setup in compatibility mode, XP sp3
