E-toll appeal application date set

Helps the lawyers get richer... this outcome has already been determined. I will be generally shocked if the appeal works.

Hey, I'm not paying any tolls at the moment. I don't give a crap about the lawyers, the government has already lined too many people's pockets with this crap.

... and I don't intend on paying any tolls at any time in the future either! ;)

R10.5 million, someone is smiling all the way to the bank...
It's not OUTA making millions - but the lawyers.
I think OUTA were forced to go the next (expensive) step due to the last cost ruling.

The judge put all the costs on OUTA.
R10m for OUTA lawyers
3xR10m (guess) for SANRAL+Transport,+Finance lawyers

I think OUTA are going for all or bust.
If they win, no costs, if they lose more costs.

I agree with and support OUTA.
I don't have a problem paying for the improvements, I just have an issue with e-tolling which is expensive.
I've donated to OUTA, and request that all who can, also donate.

I have a problem with paying twice for the same roads.
Once through fuel taxes and levies and then again with an expensive e-tolling system.

I think OUTA are going to lose the appeal and South African's are going to show the corrupt government exactly how they feel about e-tolling.

If they win, SANRAL will have to pay OUTA costs right? So what happens to that R10million donated? (out of curiosity, is there a plan for that money?)
