Can I see any cameras on this alleged gantry...

I think you will find that the answer to all the above is Nope.. So nope, not a gantry. Happened somewhere else in Africa (Kenya) as stated above. People should really think for themselves and stop being so gullible.

Not talking about the OP here, as he is questioning the truth behind this. Just in general, I have also seen this on fb, and people are going ape **** about this pic. "Oooo take that Scamral", "First of many", bla di bla. People should just think a bit before just believing others.

They are white and across minimum 4 (if not more) highway lanes (and that's just lanes in one direction).

No but its not that hard either. One of the easiest ones to cut down would be the one right next to Witkoppen road, about 300m away from Sunninghill Hospital. Already on that gantry, some interesting stuff is exposed, within easy reach from the road.
