E-toll payers to be refunded

The road users that have been complying with Gauteng's e-tolls will be refunded as the tolling project comes to an end.

So one one is getting refunded coz no one paid E-tolls either way.

They should actually retain etolls for all cars that don't have GP licence plates. If you wanna come from the platteland and make kak here, you must pay.
