There is still money streaming into the system. 18%-odd are paying, so that means millions are going somewhere every month. Multiple millions. That's going "somewhere. Maybe that "somewhere" is enjoying all this free moolah its getting....

Mostly just some businesses paying I think. 18% can't ever make it profitable to anyone who officially helped run it, so it will die.

It will only really die when tax payers have settled all the debt. So it will never die. You think SAA died? Not until the debt have been settled.

Not arguing that. But this being south africa, it just makes one wonder if there is a fully corrupt political figure receiving these funds in some corrupt way, with enough sway to keep the thing going for as long as possible.

I must say though I will give it to them because the life of a criminal just gets better and better every day.
