+1 dude. nailed it there. trains are unsafe, and unreliable, texis make trains look safe, and most busses are taxi drivers that for kicked out of unions for driving to recklessly.

but one thing they are not taking into account is that as a province, Gauteng will never pay for the Etolls. there will never be anything close to a 40% compliance.

Immoral is right considering the whole aim of e-tolls was not to maintain infrastructure but to suck as much money as possible from the public to enrich a few ANC cadres.

They couldn't do that with the fuel levy, which tells you why they didn't choose it.
