E16 - 4 ????

Been trying for days to get five channels switched backed on !
We have a commercial pot pouri in an estate so I ring 2892289 but get nowhere....
Goes on for an hour....
Can't do it by cellphone or message as , despite trying for 2 years , they will not update my new card number onto my profile.
Any inside contacts guys ?

Did you try 083 900 3788, or perhaps also (011) 289 2222 or (012) 422 2222?

Ta. Done all the phones. Sms and emails.
Really need an insider.
Got message on screen 10 minutes ago. "Confirm you switched off your sim on 5/01/14 " !!!!! January ! Bern on that sim for 2 years. Still on it......
