Howdy. Been following these forums for ages, time to finally post!
According to the dashboard on my MTN E220 modem I've used 520MB this month (500MB package) - which was correctly reset on the morning of the new billing month. However, when I phone 808 to check my remaining megs I am informed that as of today I have 211MB remaining. Any ideas?

P.S. I do have NetMeter running, but idiotically never considered that when plugging my laptop into the office network my totals continue to go up with no differentiation - oops. And no - I haven't used the difference up today before phoning 808.

Any ideas?

Have your tried balance check in MDMA ?
In my case E160 , E169
Dashboard keeps receiving less than 100MB SMS
and balance is made of MB transfer left + cash balance
balance check in phone resulted in cash balance only
and using web page of my operator
MB transfer left info is available only

So I check balance info with putty, sending USSD codes.

So I have 4 options to get balance info and each info received looks different.

But it works and I can recharge my account from putty.
At channel port is than crashed for about 10-20 minutes but it worked for me.

Call your operator first.

I use *162*pin no# for contract bundle BEFORE you start your session for the day as it updates the next day only. This is always correct according to Netmeter and my bill.
On my prepaid *141# is also always correct with Netmeter.
My E220 dash is sooo incorrect. I don't use it at all.
