E367 jumping between networks/towers.

It seems my E367 is jumping between networks or towers. It alternates between Cyan and Blue repeatedly. As far as I know Cyan is hspa+ and blue is just normal.

Is there any way I can maybe force the stick to use just one network/tower instead of switching between the two. Like just locking it to hsdpa (blue) or a setting that makes it used only one of the two.

It is normal for your modem to switch to HSPA+ when active and 3G when inactive.

Check whether the Cell ID is actually changing in MDMA. If it is, consider installing a directional antenna.
