I am trying to use an E620 datacard in my LG (LE50 Express) laptop. Every now and then it crashes the laptop. Blue screen, reboot.
After had problem, took card to MTN shop and they replaced it with another. Same problem. Any advice?

problem seems to be laptop overheating with card. Having it checked out.

You might be able to find a setting so that you can turn the fan on to keep it cool.
My HP has a program where I can configure how & when the fan is used. E.g. Fan on when plugged in, off when on battery power.

Funny thing I took laptop to store. Tested an identical machine, same problem. When I run an external fan on it (don't laugh) then no problem, works fine. I will now check out laptop 'cool pads' for the future. When plugged in, with internal fan on, conks out in 30 min. Add external fan, and OK. I guess LG did not do enough work on their cooling design for this type of laptop. Now wife is a bit techy as is cold from the fan.
