E6600 VS E8200

Hi guys,

This is my system:

Vista X64
4GB OCZ DDR 800
ATI 4870 512MB
E6300

Is it worth upgrading to a E8200? I can do a trade for the E8200 for my chip and about 400 bucks... Will I actually see a perf. impr. Or should I rather save some money and go to quad?
