E7 error on Trojan treadmill

Hi,
I am looking for some help with an E7 error on my Trojan cardio coach 460 treadmill.

Same problem since the weekend. No response from the company after logging a call on the website. Looked at their facebook page, service and support seems to be extremely poor.

Try this for Trojan

To fix the error you have to put the safety key in start it it and wait for it to say E7. Now press stop and incline( up) together and hold for 20 seconds. Your treadmill will start to incline up. Take out your safety key. You just restarted your treadmill and can now put the safety key back and your problem will be fixed.

Tried that. It worked, but after about 2km of running it suddenly stopped with the same error. Reset the treadmill again - another 1.8km and it stopped again with the same error.

Also had a response from the suppliers.

Kindly please note that the Cardio Coach 460 is one of our old and discontinued treadmill. What you can do with the Error-E6/ E-7 you receiving kindly please do the following:

Press stop, Then incline up its suppose to count up to 180….etc. Then when it stops you press the start button.

maybe your treadmill is picking up your cheating by using it while wearing roller-skates.
