What can I do. It's a contract phone with preloaded apps including Garmin... and lots of data but it's faulty. I'm being passed from pillar to post by both VC and Autopage. Who or what can replace this intact without loss of my apps and data Phone is insured but I don't know if coverage extends to the SD card?

Do you have an MMC/SD card slot on your PC? If you do, put it your sd card into it and put it into your pc and try and recover from there. If not bring it to me and i can try and help you.
