I thought SARS is supposed to be efficient etc. You try to contact them etc. Make a video/telephone booking or do it via the Help me Button. They never phone you back, just asking for supporting documents and when you provide it them they still no abide by the time to call you back. Speaking with different consultants at SARS gives you difference answers and some is directly very rude and I had twice the phone thrown down in my ear. My wife wife IRP5 was not captured and mine had error on the system and I was told it is not their problem. When I want to file the system gives me an error and says that the source code is incorrect. There is no such source code and it is not on my form either.

There’s another Sars page, alot of users are getting errors related. Worth while finding it and read up
