EA FC24

I have it downloaded on the PS4. So I’m screwed somehow?

If you own a license to play youre good. You just can't get a new one.

Can see physical copies prices go up....

Edit or down: depending if you want last year or prior gen's

That's insane, it's pretty collectible if you think about it. Nice find.

Completely forgot that Fifa would have limits to EA selling named titles, hectic.

Its going to get wild if another publisher picks up the games licence.

Seems good so far...exept Im struggling to shoot. I see there is an option for manual, precision and assisted...

It really does feel very technical to play. Mistakes are often my mistakes and feels fair when I get wasted. It's clunky but then you realize it's uber realistic so just like real life stuff/animation winds up etc. Very interesting.

I don't follow football IRL but the games have always been the best iteration of sports games IMO.

It's no jokes a hard game to pick up off the bat, especially in PVP, but I can't help but feel if you get good technically, you'll waste people with much better teams, it's really interesting and the animation system is pretty wild. It's just nice to look at, if you know what I mean.

The gorillion animations all coming together looks awesome. I got frustrated with the "clunkyness" and realized it's because these animations are so super realistic.

Sounds weird but I never felt things were unfair, all the mistakes are my own.

So check this instead of regular motion capture they had AI watch specific players etc and create individual animations and mannerisms, first big use of AI in a AAA game to me.

Seems like this did very well on launch, wonder if FIFA is kicking themselves now

According to the Financial Times, EA Sports recorded more than 6.8 million players in EA Sports FC 24 between September 22 and 28, the early access period included in the Ultimate version, which costs more than 100 euros and includes other digital extras.

EA reveals that this represents a 25% increase over the early access period in FIFA 23 and rewards the efforts of the company that invested in partnerships with La Liga and Premier League, among others, and with several world-class players to ensure the authenticity of its digital football.
