EA has blocked my account

According to Ea I have being doing suspicious activity... I haven't used origin in like a year because I use Telkom mobile to play games and since I've moved it's been bad so I think my login details have been compromised. Any one get something like this from them before? I see they give me details on how to fix this but I can't find a way to "chat" to them.
any one know what's the easiest way to get this sorted as I wanna get fifa 16

Edit: the funny thing is I just logged into the origin site perfectly fine. Haven't logged into the actual origin app cause i dont even have it installed but I will try that Tom.

If you look a little close there's a giant "Contact Us" block on the page. They even made it orange so you can see it better with you eyes. :whistle:
 
If they block my account they'd better be prepared to reimburse me the money I spent on their games that I cannot play now.

Like Steam do when they block accounts?
Not quite.
They block the account for a reason.

Steam inventories get block per game as well meaning if you spent cash on in game inventories, say goodbye.
CSGO is like this.
 
They've unblocked my account buy FuT is still unavailable. Have to phone them to sort it out when I get more air time... Fifa 16 is fun to play but I hardly play cause I can never find matches and when I do the game crashes during warm up... Never had so many problems with a a fifa game like I am now... Maybe jump to pes next year if fifa 16 hasn't put me off soccer games for good...
 
EA help system has gone down, seen youtubers been hacked and accounts slightly comp'd for their stuff missing, but ja ea is going bad
 
Suspicious activity is likely a situation where someone has tried repeatedly to access your account from a different IP or machine, with incorrect details. So they will often block an account to stop repeated attempts. Its a security feature designed to protect you from dodgy okes trying unlimited password combinations to access you account ;)
 
I had that on my Xbox and Fifa, had to reset my xbox account PW and Microsoft Live PW. No problems since

Did you buy credits from a chinese person for Fifa? This is how my boets account got suspended.
