Eagle Ford Explosion and the cover up

Only cover up is the OP trying to imply that it was a Ford that exploded, when in fact it was an oxyacetylene torch.
 
Someone is going to be in deep trouble if flashback arrestors were not fitted to the cylinders.
What happens is the welding nozzle on the torch becomes blocked. The working pressure of the oxygen gas is higher than the acetylene gas. This forces the oxygen into the acetylene cylinder. When the welder bangs the torch to clear the blockage, he then lights up and the gas mixture burns back into the acetylene cylinder.
