Earbuds / Headphones for running.

Hi folks.

Simple question - which set of earbuds / headphones are great and comfy for running and training.

I don't have a particular issue with using in ear buds...but they need to sit damn snug and not fall out every few meters...so my preference is over the ear hooked buds.

I would go for one of these:

I've got those Yurbuds. I use them [or well 1 at least] for mountainbiking and it works like a charm. Got them on Takealot for R299.

Will look a at those. Escpecially since you mountain bike...lotsa bumps etc...so if those sit snug...then great. Cost not bad either...

Those damn Sony's are $$$ so a cheaper option is MOST welcome...
