Well, winter is rearing its miserable grey head here in clogsville and I've noticed that my body is reacting differently to the past years. My hands get really stiff and inflexible but there is no pain. Normally I would ignore this as normal reaction to cold but a) it's not THAT cold and b) I was recently warned of possible arthritis but dismissed it as hogwash (basically, I was on holiday in turkey and had to see a doctor because of really weird pain in my arms. He said it was arthritis but who ever heard of heat induced arthritis?).

Does anyone have any experience with arthritic joints? All I can seem to find online is aimed at geriatrics or kids.

My two pointer fingers have begun to get really sore. No idea why. I feel it lifting in the gym and it quite bothers me... Took a break and it seemed to help a little.

No stiffness in the morning, 27yrs old, no meds of any kind.

I heard of this diet/eating plan that can aid with prevention and management of arthritis but I don't see any point in changing my lifestyle to that extent if there is no valid reason.

you could have damaged joints from breaking your knuckles ect. You dont have to be old to develop arthritis.

Agreed.
Even if you don't feel any pain now, it may come down the line. Maybe you can just monitor it for now, since you don't have stiffness in the morning.
