Hi All please help with any info,
I have been with mtn for abt 6 years with an average call spend of abt R500 per month, Im currently on a procall 120 and i want to upgrade to procall 300. I am only in month 18 of my 24 month contract but i want to upgrade asap. I know the the MTN retentions department handles this sort of thing but after numerous calls to 808 all i get is promised call-backs but nothing happens.
I was looking at upgrading to Procall 300 with the HTC tytn 2.
Who do i contact and how?

EDIT: i do know that early upgrades are possible, depending on factors that are unknown to me.
REASONS for upgrading early : Need fast wireless internet connection with GPS and the tytn 2 seems to be the best option for that purpose and also my calls are increasing so the increased free minutes on the procall 300 would help.
