Earthquake Behaviour

So my girlfriend sent me this and it got us wondering.

Do you think this is accurate? Anyone here have a grasp of seismology who could comment?

The outer circles look plausible.. seismic vibrations, if visible, would look the same as a rock being thrown into the water.. those circular waves moving outward..

That inner flower looking shape may just be the residual kinetic energy from the vibrations being worked out..
