Phoned Telkom to find out if the exchange will support a 4meg line. Yes your exchange support up till 6meg.
upgraded to a 4meg line. The snr margin and line attenuation was low and it worked well.
so they stole the lines waited almost a month to replace the lines once they replaced it everything went down the drain.
I started logging tickets after tickets and they just closed it and I kept on logging tickets.
so one day they phoned me and told me to stop logging tickets they are just going to close it. they can’t do anything to solve the problem. I told them I didn't had the problem before the lines were stolen.
Still sitting with the problem.
Currently my line is off for almost a week.
