Easy alternatives to iBurst

I'm on the 15 Package but because of difficulties buying Boosters, and the overall cost, I'm thinking of switching to ADSL.
R39 per GB is better than before but still more than R29 per GB and similar. Also, it's a PITA now to buy a booster as iBurst does not want to have an instantanous interface with MWEB.

Guys, who've switched over, I'm looking at uncapped accounts - what do you pay in total now? What equipment did you have to buy? Any advice will be highly appreciated.
