Easy Crypto Frozen Account

Hi

Has Easy Crypto Frozen anyone's account here. I opened it on the weekend. I have a normal EE account, KYC compliant.

I transfered a small amount from my EE account and all was fine. Yesterday a family member transferree in R500. First her account was flagged for a fraudulent transaction. This she cleared by phoning the bank. Now my Easycrypto account is frozen. What could cause this?

Anyone had this before?

Ah yes any crypto exchange acc can oly be funded by the owners own bank account.

It's in the terms and conditions. Likely have money refunded and your account will be shut down.
