Fast forward a decade and they've got a complicated fee structure like the bigger platforms, charge those with dormant accounts a fee like the big platforms do.
I got emails on emails, and it was extended with 1 month.
If clients dont take their investment serious… well, must you force the horse to drink water?
Did you pay 1 month R25 fee?
I would have if it wasn't for this thread and taking pre-emptive action just in time.
Would you say the same if you have to follow News24 to get FNB price increases?Sadly…. If clients not following the media and news….![]()
Hold up. You got a letter about rule changes?Sadly they can break rules as they want.
Guess what, got a letter from my bank for my bond, rules are changing (and its a 20 year contract, they altered rules in year 9 now).
Its accept or move, as easy as that
At some stage you need to think is R1 to much asked? (To be deposited)

As a client aren't you supposed to get that from media and news???![]()
My point is you said that clients should be following media and news for updates. Why?It gets published on their website.
EE published the rule change as well, months before going live.
So your point?
Yes, and my point (which went over your head) is that one minute you're saying it's fine that clients are not informed of rules changes by the company and the next you're saying you received a letter telling you when your bond rules change.Lol
My point, they can change rules at any time. Adapt or move. Its simple

I am trying to point out to you the inconsistency in your posts (and in your thinking), but alas...

It was on twitter, i got news letters (emails). It was on financial shows. If you didnt get the letter, well…
Its the same you buy a house and interest rates rocket up, now you complain
I really hope EE would review fee structures. They are clearly losing out big time.
It was nice while it lasted.![]()
Your responses make no sense.Get to the program. Someone now posts 3 months fees deducted.
If you have R250 invested, you have 1 year to login to see its almost gone
It’s zero about being inconsistent.
I am saying:
1. Rules can change as they like. If you don’t like it, move
2. If you invest, be pro-active.
3. These things are totally out of our control. Worry about things in your control rather to use social media and perform tantrums
Your responses make no sense.
I get that it's a Sunday night. Next time, share whatever it is you're drinking... Might help the rest of us understand you.
Just for your info, I don’t drink.

Can I topup your account with R1 monthly if its to much asked?
Just for your info, I don’t drink.
Rather spend your time getting EE to just send out an e-mail to everyone about the fee (they do send us mail about other stuff afterall).
