Been there, no transaction was recorded in this time and even for legitimate transactions all it say is you Bought R10000 of this share, doesnt show shares bought or the charges . See extract of transaction history, for one small transaction. all it shows is date, instrument and amount. As to where the shares disappeared there is no line item

Sad to hear this man. I share you frustration, i had an issue and it was a pain to get feedback.

This is highly concerning, that money is missing. Please let us know if you get resolution

Well the escalation to the CEO has yielded some response . I received a phone call from them, repeated all the details as per my emails, they have promised to follow up. At this moment i dont hold out much hope as it is just a verbal answer in the same manner as the form email responses. But here's hoping for some resolution

What was the unit price of the bundle when you bought it and what is the price now?
Most SA shares haven't done very well this year.

Transaction history also only goes back 1 year
I think you can get old statements though.

Unless i am misunderstanding you, this is what i am getting, i thought it was the ETF, many years ago it was in a bundle, but EE did a forced conversion to the ETF a few years ago

in this instance it has nothing to do with the value, as you said most of the funds are down or only have a small growth this year, its the loss in the number of shares. On a date i had say 1000 shares then a day later i check and i now have 930 shares, no transaction to show where those shares have disappeared to.
