Where on EE do we see dividend payouts? Discovery paid out dividends but I ain't see **** on my EE account.

so far i have seen it show as a normal account transaction - thus scrolling down to the bottom of the overview should show the last few transactions, or else just draw a report.

JSE and Sibanye also declared dividends for Monday. Still to see any of it so don't know when the companies pay out.

I drew a report, nothing.
 
Finally got my dividends. Since when does EE pay dividends on fractional shares?

Also received my (first ever) dividend from Discovery.

EE should pay a dividend on FSRs as you are entitled to that percentage of the dividend.

Per EE:
Dividend: from whole share
Manufactured Dividend: from FSR

That's my thinking as well. Was under the impression though they don't but it seems it's only voting right you don't get.
 
This is seriously dodge. On 30 March I sold shares to have a total of R3160.86. Since then I have made sure that I have at least R1369 after every transaction so that I could withdraw it today. When I wanted to do that now only R376.28 was available as settled cash. How do they get to that? They still owe me R992.72.

10 working days required, so perhaps today or tomorrow?
 
There is nothing "dodge" about it if you want to withdraw any cash just do not buy anything for 10 working days that easy. I was the second person that bought on the platform (Savage was first) and yes I have had a few issues that was all sorted out and will recommend them to anybody that wants to save on costs when investing or for that matter trading

Thing is there was no cash in my account on the 30th. On the 30th I sold shares and kept the amount there for 2 weeks straight. Some of it was available but some of it isn't so it's not a matter of time. It's just a matter of the whole amount not being allocated as available.

That is just BS and it makes no mention of that nor does it make any sense. I kept the amount untouched that I wanted to withdraw for 2 weeks and was only allowed to withdraw some of it. This is money I need.
 
Been almost a week since I contacted EE via email wrt a query, still no reply.

Guess their customer support becomes more useless the more clients they get
 
Still no money and no response. I'm seriously considering ditching them. Can one save on fees by using CFDs instead?

As you can see from the graph below, all your funds will be settled on the 28th April.

It takes 10 working days for funds to be settled, but you are not to trade while awaiting funds to be settled as this prolongs and resets the 10 days policy.

Please be aware of that next time, that no trading is to take place until funds have been settled.

That is ridiculous. So their system can't even work correctly when you trade during the settlement period. Funds that are kept for 10 days should be available. They make no mention that it won't if you trade. More importantly probably my question wasn't really answered. Why was I able to withdraw some of it but not all? This is looking more and more like a Mickey Mouse operation. Where is the forum rep?
 
Seriously, Swa. Close your EE account and stop your whining. Same thing day after day.
