Easy free invoice system for a small business

Hi All

I have opened an FNB business account and they offer an accounting software whereby you can issues invoices etc.

I dont find it easy to use so looking for a free invoice system to use and then I can upload the invoices on the Accounting system on FNB.

Wave was free but now says its only for US and Canadian business. It is now linked to Zoho books which is only free for 12 months.

Any suggestions for a free easy to use invoice system which can also be used on Android phone and send the invoice via email-whatsapp?

Hi, I am looking for something that accessible and can be generated easily into a PDF like an app that can be used online and on my phone.
Starting up business.
 
I was going to suggest Excel, I use it to automatically generate our domestics payslips, saves them as PDF's and it can even email them automatically using MS Outlook, but you need something available online/on your phone.
