I see that Isat sell bandwidth from the EASY Cable anybody using it?

Says LITE so i can only imagine it is IS bandwidth where everyone is told they are in the top 20% and throttled

Top 50% for 4mb users afaik, then top 20 for 384 and 512. Pretty harsh if you ever land up there even for one month.
