Easy to download video accelerator ?

I am looking for an easy to download video accelerator to use on such sites as Youtube. I only have 384 and experience a lot of buffering problems. What do you think of Speedbit as a solution ?

Dude, there is no way to make it faster. Those video accelerators are a gimmick/scam. You only have three real options....

1) Get a faster ADSL line.
2) Pause the video and allow the entire thing to load before watching it.
3) Get a video download program like Realplayer Basic Free Edition and download the entire video before watching it.

Thanks - the above does work for me already but I am having problems now deleting speedbit - it seems to be protected.

Buy a copy of IDM. It is by far the best DL manager and does any video streaming downloads

Thanks - the above does work for me already but I am having problems now deleting speedbit - it seems to be protected.

Problems deleting the application or the toolbar and search engine? Its a pain to get rid of start looking here if you trying to get rid of toolbars and search engines.

Thanks for the link but it's the application, files still sit in windows explorer which seem to be protected - why ?

I just use the video download helper addon for firefox. Works well.

Can you see the application in add/remove programs in Windows control panel.
