Easy Way to Cancel?

Right so our NeoFail (NeoFlex) contract expires in May and obviously w.r.t all the comments on the previous threads, trying to get prepared to send in our cancellation/DO NOT RENEW letter in April. Has anyone got good advice on what to expect or what to do in order to make sure this actually happens?

spam them with emails and faxes. 50 of each should do. also do the same with phone calls.

Somehow (by sheer magic) I had a Telkom order for a new line installation ordered, in my name, for my address where I'm currently residing. It took 3 tries to cancel the order AND a 4th when I had to turn the techie away because he wanted to come install EVEN THOUGH the order on his job sheet said "canceled" he was "forced" to come out and do it anyway. Nice huh?

So after 3 times they still ignored me. So i say ****'em and do it 50 times. Fax2email/email2fax/phone in cheaply somehow (use your work line during lunch) and maybe sms them. Eventually they'll BEG you to **** off
