So I need to trader money from my EE zar account to my TFSA but it says I’ve exceeded my limit.
I have not done a deposit into the TFSA for current year.

I open a ticket and get a reply to send my account number which I already did in the submission

Now that I reply to the email i get an auto reply that I can only submit questions as a form.

This is BS.

Is there a contact number for these idiots?

Plan B would be if you have funds in the bank, topup using the EE TFSA account number

Plan C... tweet them, they respond quickly (via twitter).

They just closed my ticket without any resolution!

Tweet Charles savage and comment about the bad service. I'll be surprised if you don't get answers within 48 hours.

When did you last deposit into the TFSA?

You can check what you have deposited into your TFSA for the current tax year by logging into your account, select the TFSA, then select Menu and then Deposits.

There will be a summary of your total contributions on your TFSA for the current tax year.

Just do this and you can see how much limit you have left.

Just move on over to Sygnia. EE is only good for losing money on shares.
I didn't get this comment. Do you mean you lose more money on EE platform than any other platform assuming you invested in identical shares in both platforms?
