anyone may help, please?

Not on pc now.. but you must select IT3... not IRP5... will check later if you still stuck...

I checked for IRP5, not IT3.
but could you please try it and let me know? thanks.

"4101, 4102, 4115 must have a value." it is what the system said. :(

otherwise I will make it to R1 instead. (it is fine if you do for R1. :( )

yes you must give an IT 3 if there is no tax deducted. sorry i'm a bit fluish at the moment wasn't reading properly. krono is right you don't issue an IRP 5 certificate for no tax deducted.

Look at the option on the left, you selected IRP5 at "Certificate Type" drop down box... You must change that to IT3.....

You have it wrong.

If you deducted PAYE from an employee's salary, he gets and IRP5... If you did NOT deduct PAYE from an employee's salary, he gets an IT3(a) ..... they are BOTH of IRP5 "type", just distinguishing if PAYE was deducted or NOT.

So, if you changed it to IT3(a) like it SHOULD be... what error exactly are you getting?

I found something interesting... :D

when I select IT3(a), 4150 asks a reason, ===> "Income Less than the tax threshold", so is that fine?

why it cannot be selected under IRP5, why it must be IT3(a)? is that confusing?
