I am using easypay to pay my phone bill and utilities on my credit card, mostly for the convenience and loyalty benefit. I don't like the idea of supporting net1, so what's a good alternative option?

PAY@ - http://www.payat.co.za/

I don't think you get an loyalty benefits when paying eft. I think the best way would be to pay using a FNB card at shoprite/pnp and earn ebucks.

Didn't know they were net1. Will gladly swap if there is a like for like alternative. EFT not an option, I prefer paying via CC for eBucks.

I am in the same predicament. For everyone else: If you are on uCount/eBucks you can pay your utility bills, rates and taxes etc via Easypay with your credit card and will then rack up loyalty points with your bank. EFT payments do not work as those do not count towards payments.

Telkom does have online bill payment functionality. You can pay via credit card. (If you have a debit order, make sure you cancel the debit order first... A few people I know if complained that the debit order went through, despite having paid via CC already)

City of Tshwane also has an e-services portal that processes payments. I am not sure if CoJ has such functionality.
