Seem to be having a problem paying on Easypay the last few months.

If I do more than 2 or 3 at a time, it takes a while, reserves the amount and then reverses (smss received), and on the site says it could not authorise.

I have +/- 50 accounts to do, so can't do them 1 by 1.

Used to do them in batches of 10 or so previously and they worked fine.

Card has sufficient credit.

Anyone else?

The "could not authorise" message is normally generated by the credit card's bank, none of whom appear to like EasyPay.

I suggest that you give EasyPay accounts a call. They will be able to tell you who is rejecting the transaction.

If it is the bank you will have to give them a call as well, asking what procedure they require you to follow in order to avoid the problem that you are experiencing.

For example Diner's Club require that I have my transactions authorised before use: I just phone Diners and tell them to allow EasyPay transactions for the next hour or so.

Today the OTP screen just flashes and goes back to the Easypay website, thus not allowing you to enter the OTP.

Easypay says bank problem. Bank says CVV entered incorrectly , which it is not.

:mad::mad::mad:

Additionally receiving an sms from FNB saying a technical error, and to call relationship manager or number on back of card.

The ones I was trying to do was for the company and using an RMB card.

Just tested with my own gold card and my personal accounts - same problem - doesn't go the OTP page.

Anyone else using an FNB card can test?
