I have to give credit where it is due.

Earlier today I paid 3 accounts in a single go totally R3,200.00 - but at the end of the transaction only 2 of 3 had gone through. However the full amount came off.

I've just sat down, gone to the site and 'contact us' to explain my issue and it'll be rectified. Literally 90 seconds after I click submit, they call me to explain about the reversal etc ... 21:50 on a Friday evening! Unreal

Kinda wish all companies operated so smoothly!

I use Easypay and VCpay for online purchases (virtual "use once" credit card) together for a while now. Super smooth and never really had hassles. Only the bookkeeping are a bit strenuous as there are no single reconciliation page between VCpay and Easypay payments and purchases but you just have to keep tabs on the accounts. Transferring funds into the easypay wallet via Internet Banking is fairly quick but there are also an option to pay in directly at a Spar or Pic&Pay I think, never needed to do that yet tho.

So yeah I give it 8-9/10 for convenience and usefulness if you do not want to risk your main CC info online.

Gees, I had major issues my "prepaid" balance was -R500! call center useless, have not used in a while and I see balance is -R50 now...

Just use Paypal now with debit card
